Puntland the rule of law is supreme, even a former warlord who committed atrocities in one of it's key town is allowed freedom and equality like all citizens of Puntland. This proves ethnicity, race, and tribe are inferior and rule of law and constitution superior because anyone can come to Puntland, even former warlords who committed war crimes in the region.
