40% registration is too high for this. I would say PL has registered around 25% of its population. Should put y’all at around 1.5 to 2 millionIf we use Kenya data to estimate. If only 22 million registered from 53 million. That's a 40% registration. So if we assume 40% registered in PL for 400k. Then 600k is missing. That's not including sool/cayn or parts of the mountains in bari and sanag.

I highly doubt international partners would’ve sullied their name by endorsing and funding that. There’s been independent observers and they would’ve decried the process. I’m sure all sorts of citizens have registered.Like I told waxaa meesha iska diwangeliyay kaah, 25-30% no other party even came out
N.Mudug had a 300k population in 2014. The fact that the registration puts it at a similar size to Bari is interesting as I always assume Bari was much larger. Nugaal is relatively small compared to the two. So I’m not seeing where this 3.5 million population is. That would mean PL is the size of SL which I think it’s now pretty obvious it’s close to 40-50% of SL in sizeI’d say PLs population is in the 3-3.5 million range and thats for bari nugaal north mudug plus Sanaag

Hargeisa, Burco are in the top 4 most populated cities in Somalia. Then there’s Boromo and Ceerigaabo in the top 10. It’s not really comparable to PL which its population is greatest in Galkayo (which is shared with Galmudug which shrinks the city in its size) and Bosaso (which scored a 60k registration right? This would mean something like 10% participation if the population numbers are to be believed which I find unlikely)SL rural population is totally absent, their is only 2-3 dams

I’m not going to get in an argument with you again about ‘rural population’ lol. This is too hard to quantify and I doubt PL has a much higher rural rate than other Somali regions
DDS is better compared to Oromia and other Ethiopian regions. It’s very sparsely populated. So is ogadeniya small just cuz it has no 'large city'? that's your theory, plus GDP facts show 60% is livestock, 40% urban, so u need nomads niyahow. 60% of somali ppl are there.
Mogadishu has a demand of 200 MW according to BECO. So I’m intrigued go right ahead.@bidenkulaha Bring me your hamar electricity companies, show me their mega-watts capacity, I can sub-divide how many homes it can power and we can assume 70% coverage rate. Plus water wells in the town can tell us how many homes it supports. Hormuud telephone registrations. U think we are in the 1960s, somalis r educated now
