Why do Somalis deny there was a sultanates in Puntland. It's not mentioned on any of the Somali TV channels. It's brushed away like people do not know, everyone knows, it's all over the streets when people speak. Creating a history that is not reflective of what the people are speaking about in common day to day interactions, is like building up another kangaroo history.

Puntland sultanates was there. They controlled Bari-Nugaal and Southern Puntland sultanates controlled mudug/galgaduud. They had a pact with the Italians to take over the 'zanzibari' south who at the time was reporting to a sultan in Zanzibar. Puntland ayaa gumaysi keenay bay yirahdan hawiyuhu. We never brought colonizers to the south, we simply replaced the zanzibari authority in the South with the Italian.

Why would you condone suldaan kenadiid living on hawiye land when you despise hawiye and when you yourself. would never go to hawiye land yet you are ok with suldaan kenadiid living amongst hawiye on their land? He had no business being on hawiye land without their consent what he did was wrong and unjust, he took advantage of the kindness of the host those who owned the land, clearly he was an ungrateful guest.
