We must agree on the following premise. High corruption/Crime rates/Isbaaro is an indicator of a poor and ignorant and low IQ society, these symptoms are not seen in rich and educated countries. So always crack down on this in Puntland and make sure we have the lowest rate or else we will be universally condemned with 'proof' as the most poorest and lowest iq part of Somalia.
We must always hold an annual yearly awards in Puntland so all our towns compete and do ku dayo on each other. If all our towns are falling behind in an area like say refferal/specialist hospitals, which it is, that's why they go to hamar/hargeisa/ethio/india/malaysia, we must begin addressing this not just holding parties and being hawiye. Yes congratulations you have addressed universal coverage of maternity wards to reduce infant mortality, but other then that, our hospital system is a joke. Let's go to hamar/hargeisa/dds and begin immediately asking for 'caqli celin' knowledge transfer to ensure PL addresses this huge health gap.
Other then our trade market and stronger purchasing power do people come and tap into our work opportunities, so market wise, we r fine, plus we don't flee for jobs to hamar/hargeisa/dds/etc. We have a stronger market and why people flee to Puntland. Yes PL has low isbaaro, low crime rates meaning we are not showing ghetto symptoms alhamdulilah, but let's not end there, corruption is rampant tho.
Corruption is also another symptom of low iq, it proves we must not be educated because intelligent countries don't suffer corruption becuz their is no low iq and only poor/ignorant/ghetto/aboriginal type cultures have high corruption rate. We must fix our universities and go to Borama and knowledge transfer, there is no doubt that Samaroon university is built with quality and that's why people go there, but our university is built with no quality and noone uses it, waaba laga cararaa kkkkkkkkk. We must tanasul and send a PL delegation to Borama for knowledge transfer immediately.
