We need in PL good academics around mechanical engineering, you will never be able to understand or build machines if we don't have a big focus on this area.

We also need the sciences so they can understand nature, that is what science does thru study of nature and experimentation they develop inventions. Im not sure if brick or cobble are the same price, I hear cobble can be expensive then brick. But I wouldn't mind seeing this in every residential lane-way that is not traffic heavy in all PL city. These machines can lay down 85k bricks a day, we can estimate how quickly this project will be and how beautifying all our cities will be with proper roads in proper places and residential laneways to replace the dust. Each neighborhood being paved will contribute to the paving by paying a fee tbat splits the bill between homes for the lane-way brick costs. it's quite simple, that will cover the cost of the bricks or cobbles.

We need STEM education. Carpentery, Masonry, Welding, Electrician, Plumbing, Tool and Die making are the backbone of civilization. We also need to promote Computer Coding and Networking as well as Cyber Security. All of these fields do not require a 4 year education. This plus massive infrastructure spending will at least make Puntland or Somalia as a whole a decent country.
