Puntland Power Sharing Criticism

A-lot of people criticize PL power-sharing internally and externally. PL is playin the 'extreme' 1 solution model of keeping everything within Majerten and Maxamud Saleban, this isn't even concealed but known by all our allies or enemies. Do I like it? HELL NO and know the dangers of centralizing or extreme 1 solutions not just in Business but Politics.

Wise clans 'diversify' like the omar mahmoud have done internally, you need other areas to build up in the event 1 area falls so you can rebuild. U can see that extreme centralized theory practically thru by Ajuuran sultanate which everyone in the nation has adopted and we see the extreme losses it led too for them.

Not only do I promote political diversity and building up all Hartis becuz the 'theory' of diversifying is very strong, yes their is moderate 'slow gains' on each clan and due to it being spread out such as dhulos-warsan-mj like you see with an investment portfolio that's if you follow investment, but the safety of the portfolio is more robust and stronger is without a doubt if you have reasonable intellect. Yes the gains are smaller increments on each clan(tartib ayaa wax loo cuna not big gulps and pass it around)

All Somalis believe their politics must be 1 extreme solution, Im suprised they don't know how to collect 'good' of everything and create a 'master good system' and eliminating the negatives from various systems be it pre-somalia,colonial,civilian, siyad heck even 'china, west, mid-east' and creating a unique 'somali' beast of proven positives

Now with our current system, every cadow internal/external knows how to destroy it. Just target maxamud saleban, single point collapse, like a investment portfolio with one big stock. Not only that if something internal happens, we can't recover we will be like ajuran, we put 1 way, so expect 1 way result. Is it possible we survive well it's possible but UNLIKELY anyone who has adopted putting all your eggs into 1 basket hasn't survived long in real observable world and theory is pretty 'robust'

Are you pro making Badhan the capital of PL?

That way ilma Maxamud Saleban will have a neutral capital and with Calmadow practically next door an unlimited water supply and tourist potential.

The hesistation from maxamud saleban on non maxamud saleban is they don't usually 'perform' well in their own towns(not all cases) and feel they may risk PL well being, I won't name any names. But we must then begin knowledge transfer and equipping them, it's in our own best interest if it wasn't I wouldn't care.

Well we can't exactly migrate there just 'yet' but word keep it to yourself is, it's going to be 'slow' migration bit by bit, maba qarsan '2nd capital', the road all mjs/warsan r throwing into, then slowly build it up and tell 'issa mahmoud' you aint got no monopoly, they need a check.

But a gradual migration is on the way from what I observe thru the naming of it as 2nd capital, a strong quick change isn't practical due to road.

Thats what i meant.

I want a South African model for PL

Garowe
Galkacyo
Bosaso
Badhan

Each housing a ministry and a specific role.

Bosaso - Economic
Badhan - Education
Galkacyo - Defense
Garowe - House of the Parliament and Presidency

Yes we need 'back up options' not this madness 1 way and 1 basket. But even the presidency needs diversifying, talent can be anywhere, we cant limit the pool like 1960-69 period, we cant rely on mahamud saleban like ajuran style nonsense its scary we can end it all by following that model

The Maxamud saleban will need to decide the following

1. Do they want extreme level power constantly and centralizing it like ajuran
2. Prepare for ajuuran eventual long term losses. Yes short-term u gained but long-term u went extinct.

Why u think west is doing climate change, it's called sustainable economies meaning rather then eat eat eat and suffer environment loss loss loss, their now realizing eat thru diversifying and put less less less burden on environment. If the environment goes their gone, so they won't go short-term route of big gains but long term losses on environment.

Wa inay majertenku iswaydiyan ma waxad rabtan short term gains(eat alot n centralize) with long term losses(extinction) if so fine, but if u want sustainable eat less n spread it out, the gains r smaller but the long term ur survival is higher. So is survival long term or short term gains ur priority. Thats up to them to decide

There is no tribe that is as big as Maxamud Salebaan in the MJs, you shouldn't be penalized for success but you are right . It's in the best of PL interest to help other gain more policital know and get more candidates from them ASAP. I wouldn't mind a Warsengeli or an Ali Saleebaan president. Centrilization is a problem there's more to PL than goverment jobs, Our Education sector needs a lot of work, Garacad port will create a lot more jobs when the road to Goldogob is finished.
