So what’s going with the health and Safety issues I’m hearing about P&O Ports?

Why haven’t we got 100ton diesel tug boats yet?

Why did we have to disrupt the ecology of our shore by laying sand in the ocean to get goods off a boat?

Wtf kind of audit and safety controls do P&O Ports have if they can’t even rescue cargo that’s ran a shore?

These Ciyaal Kacaans are getting out of hand.

P&O better get moving on building an effiecent Port or else the diaspora machine will lose thier shit and have them packing their bags in no time.

It’s the fucking lack of occupational health and safety, and direct training of Somalis. The Indians fly in and fly out on rotation from Puntland.

These guys don’t train the workers because they would be training them out of a job. An Indian doesn’t care about environmental safety or occupational health.

Why was there so much drama about the deal in Berbera when the one in Bosaso is practically the same?

Pretty sure P&O are also are owned partly by DP World which means this deal falls under the deals claimed to be void by Farmaajo & co.

Ethiopia has no claim to it for one.

In 30 years Ethiopia will have almost doubled and you think we can just giveaway Ports to them?

Bosassos deal was a necessary evil, but we still have wiggle room to boot the small subsidiary's of DP world.

I still feel the diaspora in Puntland should have invested 10k each to fund the port and pay dividends to investors, but our Ciyaal Kacaan are just as short sided as the rest.

Puntland didn't make the same guarantees as Somaliland whereas employment must prioritise the local people first and provide competency training.
