I am fair guy though. I was angry he was hiding among kids and not speaking with elders, political experts, and gather ideas from PL. But we have to remember Somalia constitution clearly says 'PL' way ka madax banan tahay Dawlada Somalia. Marka maba kula hadli karo. I would've advised PL to give him 'talo' about Southern matters since that is the mandate of his government. Once he has fixed the south, their will be another negotiation with PL. Waxay noqon doonta markas SFG iyo mamulada xubinta ah iyo Dawlada Puntland oo ka hadlayo mustaqbalkooda. If the south becomes 'centralized' mashallah waan uu ducaynayna inay centralismkooda koonfurta ku haayan iyo kuwa federalka jecel in loola dhaqmo federalkooda. We will work a workable solution.

We will say PL/JL people wishes is federal structure and hawiye regions can remain centralized structure, we will have 'dual government' system like canada oo british iyo french kala ah lakin somalia waxay noqonaysa federal autonomy states which is PL/JL and federal member states baydhabo/galmudug/hirshabelle who report to Mogadishu. We will create the structures to support semi federal and semi central nation. Hawiye hadu centralism rabo, uu duceeya reer puntland and say that will be you relationship with the mogadishu government lakin noqon maayo relationshipka darod states iyo dawlada mogadishu which will be highly federalized and independent states.

Come on guys. We can't keep dealing with the SFG. Maxan kula hadlayna? Dasturka waxay sheegaysa inay puntland ka madax banan tahay dawlada federalka. So it will never end in any sort of agreement. How do we continue doing PL mandate and how does the SFG continue their mandate untill the constitution is signed must be agreed on to end this constant conflict based on nothing.

The SFG manage the states born after the constitution,

Step 1
make the south peaceful and eliminate shabab
Step 2
Begin unifying clans on a political settlement and common direction
Step 3
Begin institution building
Step 4
Deliver essential services for life to return to the cities in the south
Step 5
Invest into infrastructure needed in the regions
Step 6
Begin public/private partnership to develop work opportunities for the locals.

Once this is reached. PL will see a south that is moving forward and will ask to settle PL/SFG relationship and finalize a constitution, whatever that may look like, I don't know.

How hard is this to follow? maxaa keenayo muranka iyo isjidjidka? the constitution is very clear matter, their should be no dispute.

There is no way darod will accept regions controlled from one city like the past. No darod sees this in their interest and they will never change this policy regardless which politician comes, how much money u spend bribing MPS who will take ur money but they know siyasada beeshasi waa mid qoran oo odayashooda dhan ku heeshish ah.

They saw what centralism did to their regions the Darod. No roads, airports, ports, hospitals, schools, infrastructure, no essential services like water supply, electricity, sewage, drainage, telecommunication cables, no security, no courts, no jails, there was essentially nothing when darod returned back to their regions after 91 and from that day on realized centralism was never going to happen again no matter how long dagaalka somali si jiito, they will never change from this position.

You jumped from reer Isaaq rights for president and Capital states loool. Anyway Xamar dilemma end on 1993 Agreement between SSDF and USC. from that day we start to concentration on building PL. Now the idea to be rule from Xamar is over and SL waiting the moment when Xamar announce centralism to run away from curse Somalia.

PL did great sacrifice to bring Somalia back. Reer Hawiya saying we believe on federalism and in ground apply centralism on same time talking to somalis in soft tone like N&N will bring the wealth and money back to them lool. Silly People if they believe that PL 22 years and SL 30 years will go back to 1991.

New Somalia should be equal on power and wealth like we used to be before colonize period. Each clan for it self. Let us wait next year what will south Somalia will do.
