This is my advice for the new government. Don't be like Farmajoo where he closed all doors on them because of tribe.
HSM needs to make sure Puntland gets what it wants on the spot. Be it money, contracts and even jobs in Mogadishu. I would rather have a landheere Mahmoud or Cali Saleebaan eating good than some nobody CBB parasite from Badhan or Lascanood.
