PL has 50 districts, GM has 7 districts and HS even less. How in the world can we be splitting international aid equally with these states who are not even 'mature or functioning' but far less population then PL.

PL must go to Nairobi and speak to international donor nation embassy and intenational bank representatives and put our case forward for a separate Puntland Developmnt Fund, where 30% of all Somali aid is directed into our PDF fund. This is the only solution. We must tell them the SFG is not fully functioning and has no proper legal system and PL should have direct access to Somalia Aid.

You didn't understand it correctly, it didn't say each FMS gets 10 million, PL and SL always take more money since they employ more people and generate more revenues.

@Prince of HS if Somalia say 15 million. 80% is rural that is 12 million. 20% is 3 million urban. Only 3 million live in 'cities' according to every statistic.

Now what's PL population from that 12 million rural? well we control 30% of Somalia, that's 3.6 Million population. Then add 20% fat for our Urban population that's 3.6 million plus 700k urbanites.

Plus never forget, Hirshabelle is homeland of 'diverse' clans, none of u cunts can fill even 1 'district' homogenously, your population will be stripped down to accomodate the large bantu population.
