Puntland funded the first Federal Government and it's the only place in Somalia, that has no foreign troops, that is safe, that has welcomed all Somalis, economically viable and nearly completely Aid-free. The 1M1V local elections are also a huge achievement. Furthermore, Puntland now has TWO Ports, which will increase the standard of living. In fact, many areas in Central Somalia, as far down as Hiiraan even, are experiencing an economic book thanks to the new Port.

There is more good news here, than bad news. That's the truth.

coz i did some searching and the only thing i found was information provided from Wikipedia and Somali Dispatch and it does not explicitly state that Puntland funded the first Federal Government of Somalia using Bosaso money.
