The Minister is right, the nation building loans from IMF/World Bank will just lead to rogue politicians/warlords buying properties in dubai/nairobi at 'best' and in worst case scenario may use it to destabilize functioning regions.

The IMF/World Bank must not be 'blind' to these facts and if they go ahead with it, PL must declare a full secession on the grounds that Somalia is heading into Civil war conditions with rogue politicians warlords in a fragile non-complete state gaining access to international nation building loans and attacking PL with it.

This will be end the of the SFG if they dare go ahead with this, the SFG will immediately collapse with the PUNT-EXIT, as all the other regions will follow, shabab will then swiftly take over GM/HS/Banadir as amisom pulls out also. South will forever be run by shabab and PL will pressure the world for recognition to fight against this southern shabab so it doesn't gain access to the gulf of aden.

Bro why are you telling me this, I already made the thread on this rambling. He’s not just complaining about the FGS plans but the IMF plans going all the way back to Farmajo/Beyle’s time. It’s a bit late now to say 5 years later btw I am against all those past agreements I made.

IMF want a centralised Somalia so they can loan money to and get it back because they’ll have full control over fiscal and monetary policy over the FMS’s.

Also it’s the same IMF I posted before who is demanding we complete the constitution even without PL. HSM is just following what they’re asking for. They won’t then say oh my bad let’s dump all these IMF plans because someone is upset when they would’ve considered that a long time.
