They opened this recently in Garowe. A butchery, well a proper one. I suspect half the diseases in Puntland is caused by lack of hygiene and health standards.

I wish they do something about the fruits and vegetables also. It's all sold outside in Puntland and not in a cool place or even a clean place, so it doesn't last long and deteriorates quickly and probably a cause of the illnesses in the city.
