This just dropped in my head, we have a ministry of livestock in PL, even our animals have a 'nidaam and system' yet next door to us we have a people who are naked and un-governed. Is PL livestock superior to the un-governed people next door? no-one in Somalia must realize this bizarre situation where even animals in PL fall under the government, yet the people next door to us in GM have been totally un-governed for 30 years.

PS - I have yet to hear a single refutal to my proposal of a treaty reserve for GM so at least it's governed by a portfolio in the government under a 'treaty' for a state-less people, this has never been tried but most likely will be the only solution that will work to ensure there is no blood-shed, there is no conflict, there is no interference from PL or Mogadishu. I noticed one strange peculiar matter that no-one ever mentions GM live better and in peace when state less, there is less conflict and less competition and less fear.
