All together including awdal and ssc they are larger but if you include only the Isaaq areas in the north and only the Darood areas in the south even when removing them completely from the districts jilib and Jamaame and mostly from Saakow and Buale southern Darood still hold more land than northern Isaaq.

This doesn’t matter much though as its about the quality of land in my opinion one district of Jubaland is more valuable than all of the north which is probably why its so contested. Once these regions urbanize they will go through massive population booms at first and it will be alot easier to educate settled people. This is why real amount of resources need to be set aside to the ministry of agriculture and their (Beerta Toobabarka) which should never become a qabiil post for an incompetent figurehead.
