I hope PL begins selling PL to the world with 'facts'. We must tell them we are different to SL which was founded on violence and (will fall to violence or will become like north korea or iran eritrea others founded on violence who escaped internal collapse, or it will fall like south sudan did as they were founded thru violence also) and then present how PL is the only region that was founded through peaceful non violent means and therefore it's the most stable in terms of 'states'.

We shud also sell the PL govt infrastructure plans(water, roads, ports, airports, health, school) being apart of it's key direction to ensure we follow proper state development methods. We must tell them the quality of our 'primary/secondary' school is known as the best and we need assistance to provide 'quality' higher learning instiutions to give our kids 'recognized and accreditated' industry skills.

We must promote to them that we r meeting our health targets around infant mortality which is reducing the fastest in the nation with MCH all around the region, but we also have plans to address 'general/specialist' hospital for the rest of the population 'segments'.

Our health must follow the principle 'save the kids' first thru immunisation and safe delivery and then work towards general health for the rest of the population so they remain healthy and finally specialist services for 'seniors' and other unique local problems.

We must show them that PL and Darods as a whole is the only region or clan that can prove they haven't participated, started, or invaded any clan post 91, we must also tell them we are not 'pacifists' but only use a 'defense' posture to protect our people and territories.

We must tell them the truth that Mogadishu has looted Somali assets and government assets and still refuse to hand it over and therefore this makes that city an in-secure business environment for foreign investors. This hasn't happened in any darod territory or in PL and we safeguard Somali investments thru-out the civil war and therefore logic dictates the same safety would be provided foreigners.

Rural investment

Fishery(greatest fishery coast in africa where PL is apart of the migration route)
Oil(sell how big our land is 220,000 SQ KM as oil needs large land to dig large wells), we need to show them we have lots of un-used land is un-used and won't disturb farming unlike the south. Plus show them dry river bed as proof ancient marine life lived here and didn't disappear but converted to oil.
Minerals(diamonds, emeralds, rubies, etc)
Gold(calmadow/cal-miskat mountains)

Urban investment

Manufacturing(high value products, long life not perishable products)
Banking(so we can begin loaning industry for locals to purchase properties, cars, or start up businesses)
Service Industry(hotels, restaurants)
Tourism(Surf in the indian ocean, scuba dive in the red sea), Mountain hiking expeditions n camping for tourists to explore this ancient land.

But the main take away is we must provide supply-chain model to the investment, where we n the partner will play our role, a value 'pie' chart on expenses-taxes-profits and how that will be shared to 'workers' to cover cost of living and an 'allocated' market-spending 'percentage' from the value pie to generate more spending and more opportunities for other investors in the future. The value pie must be visually displayed to them on the investment cycle (expenses/taxes/inflation wat's left over is revenue)

We need to provide facts n figures to investors regardin the bottom-line of the area we want investment, govt direction on the 'basics', our stability has to be compared to others 'founded on violence like SNM' this will send a message to investors it's not long 'term' investment environment, we must tell the truth hamar looted somali properties and therefore foreign assets will not be safe. We ain't bashing any qabiil but providing reality facts on the ground.

We need to baseline ourselves of the 'negatives' of other regions and show how PL is going to be long-term wise choice as it was founded through peace not violence, it hasnt participated in the civil war other then defence on our land/territory. We have never violently opposed any administration in the south, unlike what they did to 'yey' with their nonsensical '1' small room in hamar with 1 clan saying 'god elected us' while over-riding the fact 'somalis' elected abdillahi.

The answer is facts n figures given to investors, promote security of the environment(no looting here never has happened before it won't start now), u need to baseline of others in the region, promote govt stability as the first region to be found on peace in somalia. Our govt direction and finally the supply chain actors and value pie of the investment.

@Abdalla supply chain will sell them quick if they know they will 'eat' well from their homeland but don't let it be completely lop-sided 'supply chain' either, plus the value pie model(capital needed, expenses such as operating costs, taxes, transport, etc) and the worker model we want and explain the reasoning why and how it will generate more spending to grow the market, not this 1 dollar a day. Our worker model needs to be reasonable tho not just fake figures but base it of cost of living for 1 person(rent, food, electricity, transport, etc) and the important 'market spending' fee on top of cost of living to ensure their money goes into either 'banks' which they can start investing in or other consumables which they can respond to thru further investments.

@Abdalla our leaders need to becareful and promise PL is following in 'oman' spirit after seeing how they survived the global world order 'geopolitical' races and we will only seek their advice on the art of maintaining neutrality not just thru empty words but 'proven actions'. We will not use our 'key maritime' which 'china n belt' wants for indian 'ocean' side of PL or 'red' sea as 'stage-ground' of economic terrorism or warfare. Plus sell gardafu strait as entry/exit point of the whole red sea which makes it far more strategic then in-land red sea states.

We must tap into china belt n road for PL especially making it the economic zone for all africans tied to 'chinese' countries, we must also ensure america n west and it's partners will not be threatened by chinese on it's 'energy' supply through red-sea.

The red sea will maintain it's own real estate for mellenias like it always has since civilizations 'began' till now, it's the indian ocean corridor like 'garacad' we need to give to china, let them serve the chinese connected african economies for China, plus promote that we will always promote peace n stability for all africa as we all benefit thru their growth as PL trade corridor grows with many african nations will start coming for it's goods at 'garacad'. Their growth is in our interest, trade 'ties' ppl closer to each other for that reason
