I prefer we keep our guns focused on Isaaq n HG at the border-lands. Harti are all equal to each other land. We not going to start that nonsense of hawiye green lines like @Periplus said.

I also prefer that policy but we must adopt some policy towards these tribal lands, is it under PL govt or is it under Isimo and clans. Either way leaving this topic un-answered has cost hundreds of lives in Puntland. Or is it a 'shared role' between govt and isimo.

Isaaqs are the majority in JSL and it's natural from us to get most of the seats in parliament cuz that's how 1v1p works not like your rouge state or failed country where every seat is divided based on qabil we don't have that in here as politicians only get the seat through popular suffrage not "selection"

Dhulbahante getting 6 seats in last elections is huge achievement of SL electoral effort reaching much of eastern Sool and community there able to vote for their representatives directly unlike in 2005 where Hargeysa govt selected most of Harti MPs as elections couldn't take place there for safety reasons and hopefully more from reer Sool and Sanaag bari would participate in next election electing their representatives directly unlike the corrupt selection process they have in Xamar
