This is very crucial, every country you go to, they preserve their culture either orally, books, dress, literature, paintings, etc. We need to divide Puntland Heritage into
1. Literature gathering(poems, proverbs, stories)
2. Gather our arts and crafts
3. Gather our historical time-line all the way to 'ancient' Punt time period
4. We need public holiday to remind people of our ancestors legacy
Once we do that, we need to start opening up 'centers' where people can go and read or watch our history and people's development as a culture, if you don't do this no-one will know what you are and may confuse you.
I would not mention Islam. Islam ma aha dhaqan, Islam billions of people bay ka dhaxaysa oo dhaqamo kala duwan leh. Islam dhaqan ma noqon karo, dhaqan waxaa keeno 'jawiga aad ku nooshahay, luqadina, miyigina iyo saldhoyinkina iyo hadarada aad gaarteen' that is what shapes culture, it doesn't have anything to do with religion.
