That's what I say also. There is not a clash of 'wills' or 'qadiyad'. They all agree on some common thing like 1 Somalia and Federalism. They have great isimo who ensure their people are stable and not chimping out. What else can you ask for as a politician? I don't blame the people in Puntland or their Isimo, their doing their job. I blame the politicians who are not taking advantage of such a stable society.
