Their is oil in PL, infact the finest quality and higher grade then the bonny light of Nigeria(the current benchmark for oil purity and maximum energy extraction value).Puntland is the benchmark of all global resources, ihe rocks were tested against other rocks around the globe and its chemical composition value is high grade which the developed world markets need to sustain their job creation economy.
