Sadly, this is a symptom of the government’s lack of presence outside Mogadishu and the federal states being at odds with the president for most of each term. If this stalemate continues over multiple terms, I wouldn’t be surprised if people identify as galmudugian, puntlander or jubbalander instead of somali in the future.

I am from the South sxb, most of my friends are from Xamar or Kismayo area, if these girls are faking accents and they from the south they are doing it pretty well.
