As Puntites we must never mix our economic-education-currency-bank-foreign affairs with the 'SFG' which can be run by any leader who may not respect it's founder 'PL'. We own it, we brought Somalis into it. Anyways they don't operate like a normal state and their intended to be peasantry class with diaspora investment intended to serve 'govt and 1000 diaspora elites'. It's not intended to be a fully independent GDP when millions of them are 1 dollar a day.
Now let's talk PL, the way I gouge PL economy is the traditional way. Your poorest 'segment' which is 'rahanwayn' determines how your other 'classes' are like and why PL economy is respected in terms of Somalia. If we want to have strong economy we must deal with the 'poorest' class and lift them up into middle-class and then inject more capacity into middle class to lift them up into upper middle class and eventually this will mean millions of Puntlanders are now 'income earners' and providing 'strong purchasing' power and this will cause a 'rush' of businesses who will come local, diaspora, and foreign.
Do u know why? they come to take advantage of the 'purchasing power' of the local and service it, they will begin creating a 'service industry' for the local market. But when u rely on diaspora driven market, it doesn't interest big corporations because the 'return' is to small for the investment because it's small segment of cash like the Hargeisa-Mogadishu million man ghettos. U can tell how poor Hamar/Hargeisa is by looking at the situation of the poorest among them the IDP and this will give u an idea that their middle class being non-existant and then it's only 'diaspora and government workers' who are like 1000 customers who exist, so their economy is going to be designed for such colonial system, and the world has 'agreed' that is why u will never find a 'single' investment into the local.
They will wait for rush millions of puntlanders who come in and buying out the city and that isn't even our 'diaspora' involved, it will be the 'same' local that lives in Bosaso-Galkayo-Garowe oo 'facooda' ah oo ku biiray 'xafadaha eliteska' hamar as they watch the 'peasants' and say 'abahina wase' you wasted 30 years of Somali time and Revenge is going to be sweet but no-one will tell them this to their face because Somalis are politically 'correct' u know that. Trust me my dad sounds politically correct to in public but behind closed doors when he speaks to 'tolka' it's quite vicious and brutal and similar to how I am on this forum and why u find so many people 'angry'. In Somali culture 'way qariyan' waxani, I am Somali Australian and believe in 'transparency' and to bring out in public because it increases 'suspicions' and is counter productive for the nation to recover.
