As Puntites we must never mix our economic-education-currency-bank-foreign affairs with the 'SFG' which can be run by any leader who may not respect it's founder 'PL'. Your poorest 'segment' which is 'rahanwayn' determines how your other 'classes' are like and why PL economy is respected in terms of Somalia. Do u know why? they come to take advantage of the 'purchasing power' of the local and service it, they will begin creating a 'service industry' for the local market. But when u rely on diaspora driven market, it doesn't interest big corporations because the 'return' is to small for the investment because it's small segment of cash like the Hargeisa-Mogadishu million man ghettos. U can tell how poor Hamar/Hargeisa is by looking at the situation of the poorest among them the IDP and this will give u an idea that their middle class being non-existant and then it's only 'diaspora and government workers' who are like 1000 customers who exist, so their economy is going to be designed for such colonial system, and the world has 'agreed' that is why u will never find a 'single' investment into the local.
