Guys, We should understand between Dowlad iyo Republic. Dowlad is function of government that deliver service within its autority. Republic is state has boarders. PL working as Dowlad that provide local services such as, security, education , health etc. PL is dowlad its fact seen by who live inside and outside PL.

Saaxib what dramatics? The fgs is the one here that is undermining Puntland. The agreements where clear, Pl issemi autonomous and every other state that is formed after the fgs falls under the fgs. This shit is cristal clear. If you want to vent please go down south and start complaining there since they are the trouble seekers. What is the fgs end goal here? Trying to get Pl to succeed under international law making it a sosovereign nation overnight? Or to rebuild state institutions and reconciliation between the tribes? The fgs is to blame if you can't handle that. To bad for you.

It's very true. PL existed before the SFG, so it cannot fall under the SFG since they created it. To make it equal to member state that were born after 2012 august is also not going to work. None of the constitution is speaking about PL since 'way ka madax banan tahay' meaning their independent of the constitution, so this constitution is talking about these states born after 2012 august. All the laws and rules you see apply to the SFG and Member states. It's a southern constitution basically.

@Farm waxaa yaab ah why are we in the SFG parliament or Upper house since the constitution doesn't effect us. It clearly affects the south only and tells them to agree first and ratify it and make it official once they make it official to then come to PL and negiotate between the South and PL which will clearly mean that PL has a special status that is equal or above the SFG.
