This is a great development news. All Criminals will enter Puntland police stations, have their finger scanned, this will link up to their face, address, and prior criminal convictions. This will allow us to stop the b22ns from having a b22n-fest. Puntland will know who is a new criminal or pre-existing criminal, we can pass this information to Puntland Prosecutor Department who can decide if heavier sentencing is needed especially since they are committing the same crime over and over.
