Not to undermine the war effort on ISIS, but does the military have standard uniforms scheme or policy taking security into consideration? this is quite an important area of any army.
U must be cautious on the selection of their boots, attire, equipment(official army) and sometimes even boots r used as last resort to check their not an enemy, even the clan reserve forces must be given something to identify them so the enemy doesn't use this weakness to exploit us and access to our roaming bases.
Anyone can just come in faking the attire and exploit PL, so ensuring their clothes is unique(as they can order this shit in from China) in containers. I know as I know how shabab operates I got relatives on my maternal side in it and I can't tell u more but it's money making machine terrorism for them, and all we care for is account coordination area as zako flows in, sheikh funds in Somalia and Muslim.world, diaspora its a fair wack when I saw the screenshot

Their not stealing money as u assume it's a business model u deliver a little action to satisfy the funders(range of sources) including diaspora, Muslim world, locals and real believers in it, but u put aside a bit for shared projects in Nairobi or Dubai and clean it for beesha my abtiyaal Murusade.
