With a paved road happening there, plus an calmadow prime land for agriculture, plus the makhir university which is clearly the best in PL in terms of building and equipments inside...the future is indeed looking bright for sanaag.

I think once that road opens in sanaag, all the warsangeli will be investing into the town in terms of hotels, shops, etc. But what is critical for them is to take advantage of calmadow and place itself as the breadbasket of PL. Imagine trucks after trucks leaving badhan with fresh produce daily for the region.

If you live in the west they have city laws to make their own local laws and fund stuff like schools security and health. So yes

What they building is not a local government but rather an extension of the garowe based parliament to badhan where they will be having a sitting. And yes I live in Sweden and I don’t see the Swedish parliament members holding sittings anywhere else other than the parliament chambers in the capital!

We know we need a level 1 hospital, you don't need to keep rubbing it in our face. Yes Mogadishu has level 1 hospitals, about 5-6 of them all specializing in certain areas.
