I think this is accurate. We must exclude the 'south' land-mass becuz the land is used for 'agriculture' and is 'settled' so these lands won't be tapped into unless they want to destroy their farms loooooool.

So it's from Galgaduud to Awdal. PL land-mass is 60% of that land mass bare minimum. As for marine natural resources, PL has 50% of the coast-line.

That’s opposite of what Deni said, he wants people to come to puntland create jobs and invest. What’s point of people getting degrees when no jobs or way for them to get experience. all that schooling then becomes useless. People flow to puntland is good we have strong institutions to keep peace. With regards to 60% of oil and other natural resources it’s imaginary pie he is splitting no point dwelling on it
