This is a discussion between stakeholders in the state. I heard from a local source that says Deni is 'cashed' up from Emirates and has no fear from any candidate the SFG has and it's bribe levels and UAE want him to return to keep SFG in check. The other factor hurting the SFG is the high level of suspicion locally that will face their puppet candidate such as the 'irirism and anti federalism' vibe nation wide. So ppl are thinking they will try to get in a 'weak issa mahmoud' with ties to SL either personal or family or some anti federalist dude who cares for his personal interest.

Right now the climate is very anti sfg, anti sl, anti irirism so the mood in PL and SSC patriotism is very high, he is confident the 'libaax' of darod the omar mahmoud will vote 4 him, becuz they are most anti irir clan in PL. He has the Osman Mahmoud also. Only Issa guys are 'unpredictable'. Leelkase/Dashishe will also throw their vote towards Deni who will argue the opposition candidate that the SFG is funding is 'daba dhilif' to anti federalist, he will give a war-cry to the parliament he is 'father' that brought Puntites/SSC back together which is a HUGE FEAT which will 'rouse' up the MPS into PL patriotism.

He will preach he is the father of democracy also and development. He will say he is a development leader and a war leader which the opposition candidate can't refute.

@Libaax-Joore I am PRO Deni after I saw the huge dharbaaxo siyasadeed he did to SL by showing the world SL is claiming Sool but how does a government kill it's own citizen has put a huge question mark on SL legitimacy. Where-as PL in 2007, left peacefully arguing it won't kill it's people, while preaching Las anod is under occupation and legally apart of PL. Plus the local mood right now is very PL/SSC patriotism, he will have the harti bloc(dashishe-warsangeli-dhulos) completely. We know omar mahmoud are always anti irir by nature and will throw their lot to Deni, so will osman mahmoud. Only vote that will go against him maybe issa mahmoud 5 votes and he takes 59 votes in the first round, it won't even reach a second round niyahow.

Deni waa abahi democracy, abahi development, wa abihi SL ka saaray Sool, plus he ensured they can never claim SOOL again as ppl will remind them a govt doesnt attack civilians, so they lost political legitimacy. The war strategy is long one to ensure SL never returns for 100 years, he wants to make sure a 'jab' that will effect them for 100 years. He is baiting SNM to bring everything concentrated in SOOL so he can destroy all its capacity.

Plus he played a master 'stroke' by making sure our 'legal forces' are in their bases and only clan militias are fighting outside his control so their is no I.C backlash.

He said his biggest development goal is to ensure the el-dahir to badhan is done by this year. Plus he has to get thru 3G road from Garacad to Galdogob linking to that port to tap into 100 million potential market axis. PL is increasing it's market axis unlike some who 'increase their tax revenue' in the nation.

Mideeye been working hard on the PR front , they opening xafiis in everytown and Assad been touring Bari, Karkaar,Sanaag, Haylaan. I'd say those are his bases personally i prefer Deni he's the most visionary among his peers alot of projects that were halted during Gaas time were resumed in Deni's term.


Luckily the next elections isn't 1p1v , we need 4 more years of Deni.

@Hamzza I loved diyano family especially his father but his son ruined his small legacy by not stepping down when deni told him and put bosaso civilians in the line of fire over his personal interest. Yes, Ilma Diyaano were in the wrong if we think from a real governance perspective. But you know Puntland is built on tribal lines and every clan has its weapons. Osman Mohamud(not only Bahdir) saw Deni with Aaran-Jaan backing attacking PsF as Isse Mohamud coming for their equipments and fundings.

@Hamzza the only thing the omar mahmoud bloc could be corrupted on by the SFG puppet who will be some personal interest guy the SFG will use to sign things that put federalism into jepordy, the only thing they might bait u guys with is that HSM will approve the 3G road if u vote for their puppet. I hope u guys realize that SSC being free is far more important then a project and the 3G road will be brought in either thru 'isku tashi' like garacad or we will pursue african development bank that the president has gone rogue and on personal interest. We will show HSM promised to sign it at the garacad opening to African development bank and show how he has gone rogue again proving he cannot hold deals which will effect SFG risk assessment globally.
