This is what they need to do. For all the non state organizations, committees, agencies they should have their own office block. The cost they pay in rent for a residential building that isn't suitable. It's cheaper to build your own building over the long-term. You save on all the 'rent'

The Puntland Non-State Actors Association (PUNSAA) provide a forum through which local NSAs could participate in and influence policy and decision-making processes at local, state, regional and international levels. PUNSAA brings together a wide range of NSAs from across Puntland, including non-governmental organizations (NGOs), community-based organizations, business associations, and different categories of professionals, such as teachers, lawyers and doctors.

Well you do need a central headquarter to bring the people together who are experts in their field to advance the state. This center is a good idea, we need to bring the best of puntland together into one organization. They will engage the government about where they are lacking and PUNSAA members will consult with it's experts how we can fill that gap. It's like a local lobby group that isn't there for clan interests, financial interest, or religious interest. We are united together to add our views how to progress the state or where we can assist.

I swear I always hear their name but I have absolutely no idea what they've done. Another useless and corrupt institution is the Puntland Highways agency
