This countless times showing the PSF is an effective intelligence organization, the more bombs it has stopped and the amount that has gone thru is NIL. That's not a bad statistic at all. As for NISA, they are the same intelligence organization yet nothing is stopped, meaning they are not really an 'effective' intelligence organization. SL forget it, their not even given 'intelligence' organization by the CIA, after overwhelming evidence they are SHABAB, like who the hell is going to allow a shabab region sit with the CIA?
Now that is the 'positive side' and we can collect statistics and present to the world, Somali security institution are better placed with Puntites. Do I buy this? well the other possibility is this is to 'frequent' to foil all attacks and the CIA must teach them how to 'create' these bombs and claim it as a 'victory' for PL security. This is highly possible and rational side.
See we need this type of PL oo runta laysu sheego based on 'idea sharing' this opens up 'knowledge' growth. So my position on the PSF(rationally) is undecided and if 'shabab' is just a 'made' up enemy in the region. I don't think shabab is focused on PL and may use it as 'supply' route of weaponry, I mean where-else can they get it? surely not kismayo/mogadishu since the govt their fighting controls it.
