Even without the pashtuns they all claim that they are closer to white people and even shit on indians as they are darker. Imo its the afghans that have diverse looks but not pakistanis they look similar to one another

I find it so odd from my lense. Even when somalis partake in european beauty standards, I find it so weird. Race and beauty standards really are social constructs.
Btw this is a new phenomena we are seeing. Somali beauty standards have changed rapidly after the war and now anything close to cadaan is preferrable

Indo-aryan is mostly a linguistic term anyways, also it was pretty groundbreaking back then, they knew that all European languages were related in some way but finding out sanskrit was also related must have been a fascinating discovery to make. now they can even reconstruct how the common words from the indo-aryan would have sounded.

anyways i just think this is the remnants of a colonized mind. they think proximity to whiteness is what shows a person to be worthy and interesting. i get a certain feeling of disgust when ethnic groups try to show their phenotype by picking out the whitest of their ethnicity, that type of inferiority complex is disgusting.
