Protests in Caynabo against priority level C for development

The Somaliland parliament has designated Caynabo, the original home of porcupines, as priority level C for development and the Hand Job clan is not happy.

Gabiley, warlord Muse Bixi's home town, however has been assigned priority level A. This is the only priority level A town that isn't a regional capital and everyone knows why. It seems that the Jeegaan circle gets smaller each and every day.
