30% of the male population cannot be in the military , the military relies on effective taxation.

We only need 300-800 k combat person ell at most, these can be used to initially force the regions to submit.Over time it should be drawn down to 300k to guard the nations sovereignty and join international battles.

under hitler all German men from 18 to 30 who weren't employed had to be either in the army or police or rearmament(creating weapons) or the national labour service( building schools, hospitals, infrastructure, roads, and bridges still used today) this was basically 100 percent of men at that age thus eliminating unemployment and reviving the decimated German currency after ww1( thier currency was similar to the Somali shilling to day where you needed crates of german money for a US dollar), Im suggesting only 30 percent since they aren't doing much better anyway and are just sitting around chewing khat receiving money from dhabshil cousins abroad. we basically need a kind of police state where 30 percent or one in ten men are an of duty cop or in the military keeping our nation secure from within (you won't try anything funny if you next door neighbor is a cop, or your brother), and eventually safe from outside the nation.
