A Dream about Black sheep and White sheep
Al Mustadrik Ala AlSaheehain Chapter 4 Page 437
On the authority of Umar Ibn Sharaheel ” The Prophet Mohammed may Allah’s peace and blessing be upon him said ” I saw a vision of myself following a group of black sheep then the white sheep mixed with them until he could see no more black sheep in them. So Abu Bakr said Oh messenger of Allah said As for the black sheep they are the Arabs and will become Muslims in mass numbers. The white sheep are the non Arabs and will become so numerous that there will be no Arabs amongst them . Then Prophet Mohammed may Allah’s peace and blessing be upon said that is the way an angel interpreted the dream.”
المستدرك علي الصحيحين ج ٤ ص ٤٣٧
عن عمر بن شرحبيل قال ”قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم رأيتني أردفت غنم سود ثم أردفتها غنم بيض حتى ما ترى السود فيها فقال أبو بكر يا رسول الله أما الغنم السود فانها العرب يسلمون و يكثرون و الغنم البيض الأعاجم يسلمون حتى لا يرى العرب فيهم من كثرتهم فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم كذلك عبرها الملك سحرا”
Verified by Sheikh Albaani may Allah have mercy upon him in his book AlSilsilah As Saheehah Chapter 3 page 14
"I saw loads of black sheep being entered upon by loads of white sheep . They said ( the companions of the Prophet) What does this mean ? The Prophet said The non Arabs will share your religion and SHARE your LINIEAGES . They said, ” The non Arabs oh messenger of Allah ? He said, “If faith was hanging on the highest stars the men from the non Arabs would reach it …”
1018 – صحيح )السلسلة الصحيحة – الألباني) ج ٣ ص ١٤
[ رأيت غنما كثيرة سوداء دخلت فيها غنم كثيرة بيض قالوا : فما أولته يا رسول الله ؟ قال : العجم يشركونكم في دينكم وأنسابكم . قالوا : العجم يا رسول الله ؟ قال : لو كان الإيمان معلقا بالثريا لناله رجال من العجم وأسعدهم به الناس ] . ( صحيح ) وأما الشطر الثاني من الحديث فهو في الصحيحين وغيرهما
This part of a long narration;
Sahih Muslim Book 1, Hadith 1 /Sunan Ibn Majah Vol. 1, Book 1, Hadith 63
The angel Gabriel asked the Prophet Mohammed may Allah’s peace and blessing be upon him………,” Inform me about the final hour and He responded: One who is asked knows no more than the one who is asking. The angel said: Tell me some of its signs. The Prophet may Allah’s peace and blessing be upon him said’……,When the slave woman gives birth to her mistress’ (Waki’ said: This means when non-Arab slave white women will give birth to Arabs”) ‘and when you see barefooted, naked, poor shepherds competing to construct tall buildings.’ The Prophet may Allah’s peace and blessing be upon him met me three days later and asked me: ‘Do you know who that man was? I said” ‘Allah and his Messenger know best.’ He said: ‘That was Jibril, who came to you to teach you your religion.'”
صحيح مسلم حديث ١ كتاب ١
قَالَ فَأَخْبِرْنِي عَنْ أَمَارَاتِهَا قَالَ أَنْ تَلِدَ الأَمَةُ رَبَّتَهَا ” . قَالَ وَكِيعٌ يَعْنِي تَلِدُ الْعَجَمُ الْعَرَبَ ” وَأَنْ تَرَى الْحُفَاةَ الْعُرَاةَ الْعَالَةَ رِعَاءَ الشَّاءِ يَتَطَاوَلُونَ فِي الْبِنَاءِ ” . قَالَ ثُمَّ قَالَ فَلَقِيَنِي النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ بَعْدَ ثَلاَثٍ فَقَالَ ” أَتَدْرِي مَنِ الرَّجُلُ ” . قُلْتُ اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَعْلَمُ . قَالَ ” ذَاكَ جِبْرِيلُ أَتَاكُمْ يُعَلِّمُكُمْ مَعَالِمَ دِينِكُمْ ” .
The women and riches of Persia and Rome promised to the Arabs
We find a hadith In Kitaab Al Mathaany Chapter 2 page 234
”Verily Allah the all mighty has promised Persia and their women, their children, their weapons and their wealth and HE promised Rome, their children , their women, their weapons and their riches.”
The Buqaan
”Soon the Buqaan of Syria will seek to rule you “what is meant here is the Arabs’ slaves and slave soldiers, they are called that because of their mixed colour , as whiteness and yellowness is the dominant colour amongst them. Al Qutaibi said: “The buq’aan are those who have blackness and whiteness, it is not said abq’a to one who is white without blackness mixed with it, and the meaning is that the Arabs will marry the Roman slave girls then their offspring will rule over Syria and their offspring ( بقعان) together between BLACKNESS of the fathers and the whiteness of the mothers.”
قال القُتَيْبي: البقعان الذين فيهم سواد وبياض، ولا يقال لمن كان أَبيض من غير سواد يخالطه أَبْقع، فكيف يَجعل الرومَ بقعاناً وهم بَيض خُلَّص؟ قال: وأُرَى أَبا هريرة أَراد أَن العرب تَنْكِحُ إِماءَ الرُّوم فتُستعْمَل عليكم أَولادُ الإِماء، وهم من بَني العرب وهم سُود ومن بني الروم وهم بِيض، ولم تكن العرب قبل ذلك تَنكِح الرُّوم إِنما كان إِماؤُها سُوداناً. والعرب تقول: أَتاني الأَسود والأَحمر؛ يريدون العرب والعجم، ولم يرد أَنَّ أَولاد الإِماء من العرب بُقْع كبُقْعِ الغِربانِ، وأَراد أَنهم أَخذوا من سواد الآباء وبياض الأُمَّهات
Note: Understanding the way this mixture happened is crucial as the Arabs take their lineage from their father’s. The mother’s lineage is disregarded and irrelevant to them now which is why they find it difficult to believe how they changed colour and race in general.
Virtues of the non Arabs
” If faith were hanging on the Pleiades (a group of stars), men from the non-Arab Persians would reach it.”
” عن ثور بن زيد ، عن أبي الغيث ، عن أبي هريرة ، قال : “كنا جلوسا عند النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ، فنزلت عليه سورة الجمعة ، فلما قرأ : ( وآخرين منهم لما يلحقوا بهم ) قال رجل : من هؤلاء يا رسول الله؟ قال : فلم يراجعه النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم حتى سأله مرة أو مرتين أو ثلاثا ، قال : وفينا سلمان الفارسي ، فوضع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يده على سلمان فقال : “لو كان الإيمان عند الثريا لناله رجال من هؤلاء ،
Ibn Taymiyyah said in regards to this he with…” and it is confirmed what is found amonst the Tabee’n and after them from the sons of free men and the slaves of the Persians. For example Al Hassan, Ibn Sireen and A’krama the slave of Ibn Abbaas and other than them”…
قال شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية رحمه الله في كتابه اقتضاء الصراط المستقيم ص ٢٦٩
” ومصداق ذلك ما وجد في التابعين ومن بعدهم من أبناء فارس الأحرار والموالي ، مثل الحسن وابن سيرين وعكرمة مولى ابن عباس وغيرهم ،
Saheeh Muslim Book 44 Narration 327
On the authority of Abu Huraira :
We were sitting in the company of the Prophet of Allah may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him that Sura Al Jumu’a was revealed to him and when he recited :” Others from amongst them who have not yet joined them,” a person amongst those present said: Allah’s Messenger! But Prophet of Allah didn’t respond , until he questioned him once, twice or thrice. And Salman the Persian was with us. The Prophet of Allah may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him put his hand on Salman and then said: Even if faith were near the Pleiades, men from amongst these would surely find it.
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ، – يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ – عَنْ ثَوْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْغَيْثِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ كُنَّا جُلُوسًا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذْ نَزَلَتْ عَلَيْهِ سُورَةُ الْجُمُعَةِ فَلَمَّا قَرَأَ { وَآخَرِينَ مِنْهُمْ لَمَّا يَلْحَقُوا بِهِمْ} قَالَ رَجُلٌ مَنْ هَؤُلاَءِ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فَلَمْ يُرَاجِعْهُ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم حَتَّى سَأَلَهُ مَرَّةً أَوْ مَرَّتَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلاَثًا – قَالَ – وَفِينَا سَلْمَانُ الْفَارِسِيُّ – قَالَ – فَوَضَعَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَدَهُ عَلَى سَلْمَانَ ثُمَّ قَالَ ” لَوْ كَانَ الإِيمَانُ عِنْدَ الثُّرَيَّا لَنَالَهُ رِجَالٌ مِنْ هَؤُلاَءِ ” .
