Is it true if you build expensive mansion type villa in Soomaaliya and you were to build it in Borama but live mostly abroad as you leave the property largely empty and at the same time if you have no family or clan ties to the city or region. You then have people watching the property,find out name of indivual/family owners and their clan in order to make fake documents to try and steal the property or make some sort of claim to it.

Not at all. people have gotten land back that was stolen from them at the height of the civil war.

alwo Borama is a very law abiding city, people don’t even steal money on the ground there.
