this area is a commercial area but you can buy houses near it. the houses near the city center are usually expensive.

well we have a house near km4 (you can go to km4 by walking in less than 15 minutes) and the house now costa over $300k.

it is the opposite. lack of roads makes houses near km4 expensive.
what makes these houses expensive is lack of housing development and roads. when a lot of houses are built all over Mogadishu and roads, our house won't be worth the same. our house worth this much because it is near km4 but in the future if you can come to km4 quickly, people will be more attracted to live a bit far away from km4.
So are you going to sell now? While it is still expensive?

i don't know but we are already have houses in new districts in Banadir. don't think we are moving out anytime soon. it is good to sell while it is expensive but i am not the one making the decision.
