Nigga! you need an actual archaeological department to make significant finds and delve deeper into our rich history. We already know the land of punt was Akin to the ancient egyptian empire at the time, since there is strong evidence to suggest the Northern region of somalia is it's location and the multitude of evidences presented by the ancient egyptians themselves and the greek historians show that somalis once had a civilized society with states and kings. Queen Hatsheput's temple shows that the Land of punt was considered sacred to the ancient egyptians and they often traded with them and shared culture with them.
We need excavation to find palaces or temples. Hell even the palace of persopolis in Iran was only found completely covered by sand as ancient structures tend to sink into the ground over time. Since our ancient kingdoms were old, however and not recent i doubt any of the finds will be as interesting or well preserved.
In fact i'm most excited for archaeology to reach the northern regions since it's very peaceful there.
