Prominent Somalilander Doctor seeking his seat in the Somali Parliament

I used to be against these Northerners from coming to Mogadishu but I have seen the light. This Doctor wants to join our parliament instead of the Somaliland one. He knows he will become rich and attain nobility once he becomes an MP in the Somali Federal Government. Many of the youth from Somaliland have seen the light and are no longer blinded by hatred. All the educated ones are heading to Mogadishu like this guy.

Will Governor Muse Bihi imprison him once he goes back or does it only apply to the point 5 Somalilanders?

None of this people care about Somalia. Like this guy. He only care for himself and Somaliland. It is like an Ethiopian would run for mp in Kenya. I don't think they would allow it. How can this people save Somalia?

When you're an MP you represent a constituency serving the interest of those that voted and not voted in the area you stand in.

Will where he represents vote for him, will be be a legitimate representative. Will he be able the visit where he represents officially..

If all answers is NO then he's an MP in title only.

So trying to attack Somaliland on this is silly
