The Rooble guys get the power of whatever office Rooble names them to. It doesnt matter who is the "real" official according to the Amisom constitution. As I told @Dalalos_ibn_Adali, the reality is that MrCheese backed a murder suspect for high office. Haawiye are universally revulsed by the fact Signor Formaggio rewarding someone they consider to be a murderer that killed a brave, brilliant and patriotic female officer of NISA, who is Haawiye. They are now almost universally behind Rooble.

That reality embodies what you consider to be the unconstitutional reality on the ground: Rooble guys get the power of whatever offices Rooble claims for them. The prorogued parliament is not coming back and Rooble armies/militias can physically stop an unfavorable parliamentary motion, which will will make this constitutional crisis even worse.

MrCheese must make serious concessions to Rooble. Every future MX/MJ president of the Amisom government should always remember to always have enough Muddulood/Madarkicis support to prevent Haawiye uniting behind the Haawiye PM that turns on his MX/MJ president. The alternative could what Haawiye will call badbaado, what your president considers to be insurrection. Never forget where the capital is and your president must not be seen as lawless enough to justify extraordinarily uniting Haawiye behind resistance/badbaado/insurrection
