its the fgs thats acting like children, in a proper constitutional convention like say the one the US had there delegates in this case Fms presidents are supposed to put their constituents first thats literally there job, argumrents are a requirement in the process and a good thing for a prosperous democracy if were ever going to move into that direction(did you want a dictatorship or something? arguments are a positive politically), thats how it works to set a clear balance of power between states and the feds and empower there citizens in their regions and thus the nation as a whole
