Obviously this isn't a great deal but it is a step in the right direction. After all, we don't have a functioning navy and so can't enforce our claims.

why are we begging when we can export fish. We have one do the few large fish virgin reserves left thanks to pirates over the years

imagine with two billion a year exports. Let’s say 40% net margin Because we will have expenses like fuel. Insurance. Salaries. We can buy our own small navy ships and patrol our own coast

Absame invented Somali patriotism because whether they are in Ogadeniya or Jubbaland or NFD they were always bordered with no Somali and non Muslim. Other Somalis were fortunate and defended by this great Ogaden or Absame wall.

I really wish Ogaden and Absame were not so proud Somali. I wish we were like isaaq super tribalistic because we have never benefited from being ultra Somali first

maodobe understood basic economics better than farmajo. Madoobe gave 3 Ogaden own companies fishing contracts. The Chinese last time I knew offered them $1 per kilo. The Ogadens wanted 2 dollars per kilo. This is way better

it’s better to charge the chinks per kilo because then they will not drain it if it’s a fixed per year they will take as much fish as they can carry

when the Ogadens heard this. They went to uhur and got him to make the Kenyan armed forces general in KiSmayo the new ambassador to China. Then used him to get the fish deal puntland was trying to cock block

the Ogadens gave the new ambassador 5% of any deal and used him to negotiate with the Chinese for $2 per kilo. This was how the Ogadens stopped the MJ xasid nimo of trying to lure the Chinese firms from Jubbaland to puntland and thus poison the deal
