It's an inelastic product so I doubt it will reduce demand. Rather it will increase demand and I expect other avenues to open up.

Khat is a public health catastrophe, it cannot be blamed on the populace but is a failure of the local government.

I expect nothing more from these fake governments who don't care about their populace
