Yes that was different though. That SNA is predominantly hawiye and is used to colonize Sh.

Puntland would have SNA similar to Baay & Bakool or jubbaland which is comprised by the native clans. Obviously I am not advocating for purely Hawiye SNA to be sent to puntland that would be ridiculous and would lead to a civil war.

We already have federal government troops in PL and they're more than capable of safeguarding PL from both internal and external enemies.. Muqidisho SNA need to concentrate on the shabab issue, but the donkey in office would rather focus on peaceful regions.. Such low iq priorities
