Bro as much as I hate to admit Ayaanle Cayr do have legitimate grievances and live in some pockets of Balanbal district. I am thinking long term I want these areas to receive the same NGO aid projects and development, if giving a couple positions in council to Cayr wont hurt anyone. The status quo will mean disaster, clan fighting etc.
