President Farmaajo said when he became the president he went and visited the SNA and high command and Generals, he asked to be given the files of each soldier. The general said we have no files.

even the general had no file. no one knew who was a soldier and who was not. soldiers use to get paid in cash and a middleman use to steal or soldiers never even received any salary.

and today we have the following

1. every single soldier there a file for him or her
2. there biometrics are taken
3. the soldiers salary is piad directly to his bank account
4. the army will know at all times if the soldier is present on where he is suppose to be using biometrics

from 2:20 you can hear that all the soldiers that where in gedo (janan's men) before have now received there salary


so within the last few weeks the 1000 men stationed in dolow which was under the command of janan have all been made part of SNA.

and SNA will also recruit soldiers from the local population

whats happening to the SNA, the work being done by Kheyre iyo farmaajo and minister of defense is by far the most important thing that happened in Somalia for at least 10 years.
