Be very strong and competent in your position, u will be like Juxa being able to extend your political career across the federal/regional scale. 2. Their decision making skill and methods
3. Their professional/life background or if their naturally gifted(rabbani or nature or genetics)
4. Their charisma to articulate their aragti or feker and their diplomacy to navigate through politicians and public scrutiny.
5. Their local/global network

Hamza tried to bring SW/HS/GM acting like his decision on PM office being cancelled is accepted by all Somalis. Like u said even the SFG isn't free and reliant on budget support who influence them on what type of somalia they want 4 their external interest but not the local realities present. HS/GM/SW are a total joke and paper based and not finacially free and hostage itself to SFG budget support thru international aid. What a shit show that hamza thinks HSM decision represents Somalia
