President Deni: Singapore vision?

The Puntland Investment Forum, when successful, will make Puntland, an industrialised state.

As long as Deni handles the corrupt ministries and ensures taxes go where they need to go, we will do very well.

Deni also mentioned that Puntland is ready to pay taxes to the federal government, too bad the federal government has been hijacked by small-minded "criminals"

3. Social Housing board to provide affordable housing
4. Development board
5. Social health care
6. Strict control of the country so not much space for political dissent which could have spoilt the development process

A combination of free market principles and social programmes to protect citizens from poverty.

For instance, in Saudi/UAE etc, they have technical vocational colleges which are managed by foreign education providers but soon they will hire Saudi companies to manage everything. It's a temporary measure.

They spend a lot of money on sending their people abroad to acquire the skills necessary to enter the workforce.
