I understand and support fully the government to invest and develop roads, ports, airports as these are critical for the movement of people and goods. But an economy of scale requires much more careful instruments.

1. We need a reserve of gold to ensure investors that we can bail them out in the event they produce and no-one buys it. PL needs to register itself to 'loan' banks so we can pull out loans to save investors that are critical to economy be it thru jobs or taxation revenue.

2. We need economists scanning opportunities for investors and providing reliable consumption n demand data so investors do not have surplus of un-bought goods and products

3. Our manufacturing sector must focus on production of goods n products that have a long life and not perishable like 'food, drinks, fruits, vegetables' these items quickly 'expire', where-as doors, windows, cement, bricks, metals, steels, these type of hardware production doesn't 'expire' and can be stored in warehouses for long durations

4. Legal framework of our market place(contracts, dispute, compliance), insurance, warranty, and general safety of our market place requires a-lot of work from our government to switch us to a rules based market not a informal market place.

I am only angry why our roads, ports, airport are taking so long, becuz we have other tasks to complete that are critical

Apparently they gonna start on airport in gaarcaad

:snoop::snoop::snoop:

Galkacyo airport is more then enough for mudug, they should dump that money into 'town plan' for 'sewages, water treatment plants, drainages' what is this stupid copy shit puntland does. A developed people vs undeveloped people is developed people 'innovate and change' not copy.

@Neero the next president of puntland should get telecommunication companies to create a 'customer' online stored receipts when people pay for something. The company will be identified, money transacted. This will be first market reform.

2nd reform is to set up business and customer tribunal to resolve disputes on goods, products, refunds, repair, replacement.

@FBIsomalia i know PL was 'gaari-wa' but we must speed up our infrastructure development. Many works awaits us

1. Market rules, laws, and courts to ensure it's suuq sharciyaysan(all somalis will flock to our market becuz it's trustworthy)
2. Govt registration to banks for credits to secure our private investors or gold reserve or both
3. Town plans(trees, sewage, drainaage, water treatment)
4. Creating an industrial parks(with a large electricity backbone) so PL becomes the national producer of 'long life products' such as metals, doors, windows, cement, bricks and all construction companies nation wide must buy puntland made products and we can store this in warehouses protect against 'loss or expiry'
5. Puntland ID cards for adults, birth certificate for kids, marriage certficates

Malin walbo in la daba wareego 'infrastructure' is getting tiring when there is many tasks awaiting us.
