It’s not looking good for Deni. He’s lost funds for his elections and time is running out. PL media have reported that PL staff are without pay for months now.
I guess he’s still refusing to sign the agreements the other 4 states have signed to finish the constitution after the cold reception he received from IC. Usually IC threaten funds, then sanctions.
The destruction of Somaliland’s secession hopes is more important than Deni losing visa access to Finland.
We will spend everything we have to make sure the attempt at secession fails. We not rest until this is accomplished or until we are dead.
I respect Puntland's resolve to thwart Somaliland efforts at formal recoginition. However, i am critical of the strategy of burning bridges with HSM, international donors, other partners, cosying up to Etitrea to solve SL problem for Puntland. It may backfire and bring about the destruction of Puntland instead.

Worrying times too as Shabaab and ISIS gain a foothold in PL. the security aparatus is clearly no longer working (could this be due to no wages? Or PL forces in laascannod?) and therefore this is a big danger for SL, Galmudug and Ethiopia, all who border PL.
Deni should focus on matters at home but he seems to be lashing out as his time runs out

PL is struggling to pay the bills. Will only get worse as trade is cut off from SL and Galmudug. Xamar is the port for south Somalia again as Shabaab is defeated.
Now the IC cutting funds will make this way worse, worrying times

Deni is a smart politician and thorough leader, my only concern for his leadership is the lack of prioritizing what’s 911 and what’s 411. For example the construction of the football stadium in Bosaso, that is a 411 project that can wait. There’s four other projects he is heavily involved in which can wait. Pay the salary of those officials and people who need it the most first!
He’s been traveling to UAE heavy lately I’m sure he has a solution figured out by now.
GO isn't reliable since they become the opposition, if this was true we would've seen soldiers cutting off roads like in the previous administrations.
Financially PL isn't struggling, maybe you should look at their revenue performance (Q4/21 was 26m, Q4/22 was 34m).
Qoslaya who is under fire not Deni, Deni knows qoslaya cant do nothing unless puntland return back to silly meetings as IC instructions.
Deni didnt comment once he cut lose Qoslaya and we doing fine. Lets see what HSM action will be.

Puntland has enough force to destroy Somaliland’s borders, however.
PL the privince formerly known as Migiurtinia province has no say in the defacto/dejure relationship between Somalia Italiana and Soomaliland. PL defacto independence/isolation should be ignored by Qoslaaye/Xamze. PL will remain defacto independent i.e. silent separationost no matter what so why should the FGS strengthen/appease PL which will remain defacto independent no matter what
