The reason they chose to hold share's with FCB is because it's a well based bank, Islamic bank and lastly FCB was facing liquidity challenges and premier decided to partner as it saw an open window to extend its hand.
I am very proud of this achievement for premier bank as I am a customer of theirs and have been seeing the bank grow.
